We cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional service provided by Titan Restoration Company and specifically the project manager Steven Cohen. After a devastating fire that destroyed our home, we were overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. From the start, Titan was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and professional.The team guided us through every step of the process, from the initial assessment to the final touches on the rebuilt home. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire project. The team worked diligently to salvage what they could and rebuilt the rest with remarkable precision and care.One of the standout aspects of Titan Restoration was their excellent communication. Steven kept me informed about the progress, addressed all my concerns promptly, and was always available to answer questions. His transparency and honesty made a difficult situation much more manageable.The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The house looks even better than before the fire, and they managed to incorporate modern upgrades while preserving the original charm. Titan Restoration is one of my trusted vendors. They respond promptly. The emergency service team not only works well on-site, but I see they work very well with each other—Sarah Ford is #1, and all her team is hardworking and professional. The repairs team is also great to work with, and the work is completed well and in a timely manner. As if that is not enough, the AR team is also a pleasure to work with—some vendors don’t invoice very often, but that is not the case at Titan—I’m pleased with every aspect of the process. I will continue to work with them in the future, and I recommend Titan to anyone in need of restoration services.

Titan is the BEST. Alexis is super responsive any time day or night. Excellent at emergency responses / response times and prepares great documentation for insurance needs.
