Jody found his love for woodworking at a young age when he decided to build his own furniture. Over the years he continued to develop his craft and passion for quality work. With over 35 years of experience Jody truly loves being able to help his clients turn their homes into exquisite spaces. Jody has owned and operated Sunstate Remodeling for over 25 years averaging over 75 projects a year. Together the Sunstate team works hard to take your design vision and turn it into reality. Although a fully licensed general contractor, Sunstate Remodeling specializes in whole home, Kitchen and bathroom remodels.

We hired Sunstate to remodel our rental property in Scottsdale and they did an awesome job! They were very professional, gave us a plan, met with us many times to make sure we were all on the same page, were very detail oriented and the final product was amazing. Jody and his team were great (we’ve already recommended him to others)! He was focused on the details and understanding our vision. The team was always making progress and when we checked in they were always nice and our house well taken care of. When the inevitable challenge came up, Jody walked us through and guided us to the right solution. In the end our quite large project ended when expected, came in on budget, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Jody and his staff were always on time. He communicated each item or change within a reasonable amount of time. The workers took extreme care with the work they did. The result was amazing. My neighbors who have the same model were so surprised by the idea of extending the laundry room and the ideas to have extra outlets and two lights were excellent ideas.
