I have been working with this company since September 2023. I had water damage from overflowing toilet and needed to be completly gutted and redone. I got the gutting done immediately by a disaster company. Because of issues with the estimate with the rebuild my insurance would not accept it. It took until February 2024 to get everything in order. Insurance issued me a check for the work end of February, and I put 60% down to get started. I asked if we could have the work completed by March 31st and was told that should be fine. Unfortunately things happen, I understand. But we still have an unusable bathroom as of April 26th. I called the company earlier this week and was told they would have someone out today for plumbing and tile. I called this morning to ask what time and instead was told they didn't know if anyone was coming. I am quite disappointed. I thought with all the five star reviews that this would be a better company.

Shull Homes did a small rebuild for us, after water damage to our home, which included flooring installation and dry wall replacement. Each of the people we interacted with and who were in our home was professional, respectful, and reliable. Our crew manager, Coop, was very responsive and did what he said he was going to do. We will certainly hire Shull Homes in the future if we need their services.
