Cesar made sure everything went smoothly on our tub/shower replacement and the job was done early! The plumber and tiler did beautiful work and were extremely professional and considerate, leaving everything clean and neat every day. The plumber went the extra mile to stabilize our new tub and firmly attach the plumbing. We really loved being able to pick out and purchase our own tile and fixtures so it was exactly to our taste. We saved thousands and we love our new tub and shower! This was my first time hiring people to help renovate my home and I couldn't be happier with the results.

My experience with Rapido Building Services was very positive. They transformed the two bathrooms in my condo from outdated, junky looking places to well-constructed, modern style places of comfort. For the master bathroom, we took out the half wall creating a shower nook and installed a tile shower with an overhead rain shower. We also installed a floating vanity. The floor tile was replaced. The guest bathroom had the floor replaced and the tiling in the bathtub redone. It looks amazing! The process started with Cesar visiting for an assessment of the projects in which he listened carefully to the changes that we were proposing making to the bathrooms. He asked a few key questions about the process to help clarify what we had in mind and provide a few further suggestions. He was then able to give us a a very reasonable quote and timeframe for the project completion. The team members who came in for the construction process were very polite and helpful in answering any questions I had. There was an initial misunderstanding about where the main bedroom vanity should be placed, but the crew was able to correct the misconception and move the vanity to where I hoped it would go. Cesar would check in throughout the process and was able to help with returning a few of the items that we no longer needed. There were a few delays throughout the process as we waited for two different shipments of tile. The first shipment was delayed because we ordered too close to the start date of the project and the second was delayed because we underestimated the amount of tile needed for one area. To fix both of these problems, I would cionfirm with Rapido the exact amount of tiles needed and to order everything two weeks in advance. Rapido was very patient with these delays and tried to do other parts of the project while we were waiting. This was my first bathroom renovation as a new homeowner and I appreciated all the questions answered and advice given by Cesar and his team. I'm very happy with both bathrooms and would recommend Rapido.

I recently worked with Rapido Building Services on a complete home renovation project for my home and I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress of the project. The project involved significant structural changes, including adding a new room, updating the electrical and plumbing systems, and installing new flooring and fixtures throughout the house. Throughout the renovation, Cesar communicated with me regularly to keep me updated of their progress and address any concerns I had. Since the beginning they were very professional. With a great customer service. Cesar was in charge of our project. He took care of everything we needed and took special care of every single detail. An endless, depressing, pathetic experience we are still cleaning up. We hired Rapido to build shelves in our garage and complete about 20 various “punchlist” items left over from an uncompleted renovation. Cesar put together our bid and contract, after which he established a timeframe and assigned us a project manager, Francisco (Paco). The bid was expensive but worth it if they would execute the plan quickly and professionally, as promised. From the beginning, we were in the dark about who was coming when and for what reason, and workers would often show up at the house without any direction or idea of what work they were supposed to do. Francisco showed up sparingly and never called or texted us once, despite being our “manager.” Any work done by Francisco personally was sloppy and always had to be redone until we begged to have him removed. We were forced to call and text Cesar daily, who manages dozens of bids and projects at once, and he was at times helpful and at times unresponsive for days. In order to move anything along, we had to harp on Cesar constantly and supervise the workers ourselves. About half of the work completed was done poorly – using cheap materials not agreed to, things installed unlevel, paint splotches everywhere, and tons of trash left behind. As work was completed, it was never evaluated by Cesar or Francisco, making us feel like the bad guys for constantly asking them to redo work. We left on a planned one-week-long vacation during which they promised to complete our kitchen punchlist and install the garage cabinets. When we returned, we found that they had accomplished about 10% of what they promised. We had removed all of the contents of our kitchen so they could repair our cabinets, and they hadn’t started them at all. At this point, we were weeks behind schedule and called the owner, who had no idea there were any problems at all. He promised to fix everything, but nothing changed. His offer to discount our project wasn’t followed through either and we still haven’t heard back from him. I would NEVER recommend this company. If you hire them despite this review, do not let Francisco anywhere near your house.
