August-September 2022 1. Outdoor Fence (Wall) $5460 I paid to have my fence stuccoed and painted. The paint started peeling a few months after application. The fence then started cracking and peeling. I contacted the contractor several times and he told me he would look after it and never did. As well, I had the contractor install a new front door. It was not installed properly and he told me it was fixed. When I went back to my home it is not fixed either, This was an additional cost of $400 to install the door. When painting my home he taped my ceiling fan. This tore all the finish off. He assured me it would be fixed and it is still not fixed! I gave him numerous opportunities to fix the problems and he has chosen to ignore me. I did advise I would be taking action a few months ago and he said he would fix it. NOTHING has been done.

Octavio is easy to work with. His team great. I would gladly recommend them to a friend. Royal Aces wanted 50% down which made me uncomfortable. They agreed to 10% down and 5 incremental milestone payments. Short version of that story is: Don’t waste your time, 50% is fine. In the first week I wrote a check for 2 milestones and the 10% down. The second week I wrote a check for two more milestones. At that point I’d paid more than the 50%. Since Royal Aces is licensed and member of the BBB they demonstrated they care about customer satisfaction. My only caveat is scope creep. When we added new work, it took a while to get revised contract. There were no surprises though. The contract revisions were exactly what was agree to.

I was fortunate enough to find Royal Aces when I was taking quotes for an exterior paint job and a reroof (Tile). His prices were outstanding and his commitment to fixing existing problems with the current paint, chipping, peeling fading, was VERY comforting. I was concerned because the last two paint jobs had the same issues but he explained what was happening and the steps he was going to take to give me the best results in the future. His crew was great!!! I was very flexible with time so they could come and work as they needed and still got all done in a very timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys. Their attention to detail, especially on the reroof was, I say again, VERY comforting to know that the job was being done to such a high standard. Octavio was probably one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I definitely got the feeling of a "Hometown, Locally owned, Concerned" company. I HIGHLY recommend. He put my faith back into the Painting/Roofing trade!!! THANKS Octavio!!!
