Was very pleased with Retro Pro - Eric and his team of professional employees were great - to include Angela, Steve, Oscar and Blake. Two bathrooms were completely remodeled and both were completed timely with excellent workmanship on the remodel. New showers, tub, toilets, flooring, cabinets and paint. Could not be happier with the outcome and promptness of getting the work completed. Minor warranty issues came up but resolved quickly. Again highly recommend this company for any work you want done in your home.

Everyone always wants to call around to find the best contractor for remodeling your bathrooms but if you're looking to just get to the good part, skip all the others and make the call to Eric and Angela at Retro Pro. Why? 1. *They're just good people.* Professional, easy to work with, not pushy and EXTREMELY detail-oriented. 2. *One company.* They don't sub any work out to contractors. Everyone works for Retro Pro - plumbing, drywall, electrical, flooring, tiling - you make 1 call if any issues/questions come up. 3. *Detail oriented.* I am a professional project manager so it's in my nature to want specifics, measurements, plans and answers to my questions. Everyone here gladly shares the details and provides honest assessments. 4. *They're local.* They've been doing this for a long time with nearly a 5-star rating on Google and Yelp. Happy to support local businesses. 5. *Quality staff.* Projects like ours don't get done without people like Omar (project manager) and Oscar. I'm forgetting the tile-guys name :-( All of these guys are hard workers, friendly and did amazing work for us. We couldn't be happier with the 4 bathrooms they remodeled for us. It was definitely worth the wait!

RetroPro is one of the best in the Valley. They are very professional all the way through the project. They are VERY detail-oriented and make sure you get exactly what you want. They help up-front with ideas for design but ultimately enable the homeowner to achieve their vision. The workers are top-notch; they show up at the same time every day, wearing masks, and are very courteous and humble while in your household. I found their work to be reasonably priced for the quality we got!

I highly recommend Retro Pro based on my recent experience with a remodel of my kitchen and great room. All my interactions with Eric, from estimates and planning, through completion of the project were timely, respectful, and thorough. When unexpected challenges arose, they were addressed and resolved promptly. The team of Max and Taylor did exemplary work, always on time, respectful of my entire home, trustworthy, did quality work, and completely cleaned up at the end of every day. I will definitely hire Retro Pro for future projects and look forward to working with them again.

We interviewed 4 companies up front for a major kitchen renovation - walls & doors removed & added, plus full counter/ cabinet/ floor/ backsplash. Also included new lighting & A/C ducts & moving appliances. Taking 1979 fluorescent lighting & tile counters into 2019. Eric (owner) & Angela (design) got the business because they were honest and timely - the only proposal to come in complete and on time. RetroPro was not the most or least expensive, but definitely the most responsive. The process was very smooth - we made decisions early to get materials on order, and started the work 3 weeks later with a 7 week estimate for completion. They explained every step, and really listened to what we wanted and paid good attention to our style & budget & everything. Eric's proposal for moving things around and making the overzsize pantry into a mud room was very clever. The job started on time, Omar was great with letting us know status, and respecting our home while they worked - kept things as clean as possible. There were a few minor tweaks during the tear down and build up, and the team always explained our options and resolved everything beautifully. Having Angela assist with design decisions on the fly was particularly helpful! We couldn't be happier with the results. On time and no surprises. The workmanship and materials are excellent ... and that's expected when you hire a full service contractor to do the work. What was unexpected is finding this gem of a small business with people who are hard working and honest, and really care about what they do.
