My wife and I have lived in the same home for 30+ years. We were long overdue for a remodel. Reef Builders guided us through the process from design, selection of materials & fixtures and finally implementation and execution of the plan. The design process was collaborative and they took the time to understand our preferences and taste before developing the plan. During the build Reef Builders utilized software that provided us with progress reports and pictures. If we had questions or concerns the staff promptly returned our calls. The communication from project start to completion was greatly appreciated and kept us at ease knowing what was completed, in-process and on the schedule. Our "new home" is what we always imagined it could be and the Reef Builders staff made it happen. The Reef Builder staff made sure that the quality met the expectations of my wife and I and we appreciated the Reef Builders approach to making the customer's experience a positive one.

Reef Builders did a complete remodel of our house, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier!! Every single employee that worked on the house was not only extremely professional and polite but did an absolutely amazing job. We will definitely use Reef Builders again for any new or future projects and we highly recommended them.

My husband and I have done business with Reef Builders multiple times, from small projects with our rental properties and most recently a major down to the studs house remodel. Our house is a 1948 nightmare of a ranch that had been “remodeled” a couple of times. We had a major water leak that required the house to be completely redone. Reef did an OUTSTANDING job and were involved with every aspect including design and engineering. We could not be happier with our results or with Reef. They are honest, dependable, and went out of their way to make what was a massive disaster to a home we are completely in love with. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a great Contractor/building company.

The Reef guys, Brandan, Tim and the entire team are awesome! Very professional. Trustworthy – they did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend Reef Builders for any home construction project you are considering. Their specialty is focusing on making certain the customer ends up with what they desire, especially the details. I had a need to expand my back patio. Originally, there was a 10 foot patio cover along the roof line on the back exterior wall of my house. The plan was to extend the roof line by approximately 40 feet in all directions and create an outdoor room with a sports bar atmosphere. Unfortunately, the general contractor I hired abandoned the job. This was a big problem. Reef Builders agreed to accept, what was now a repair and build job. They are phenomenal. Their attitude was straight forward, reassuring and results oriented. They explained the difficulty involved and quickly took action. Right away their commitment was obvious. They showed up on time every day and kept me updated with the schedule. My wife and I trust Reef Builders because their craftsmanship was as if they were working on their own house. In the end, Reef Builders converted a small, leaky overhang into a comfortable, beautiful, plush, roomy outdoor room. 1800 square feet in the shade with flat screen TV’s, overhead lighting, ceiling fans, killer sound system, matching stone flooring and stone column. The structure blends perfectly and looks like an original part of the house. It’s about 12 degrees cooler under the shade in the summer and we use it everyday of the year. I get compliments on it all the time. It’s become the centerpiece of my home. My buddies now expect to watch the World Series and Superbowl at my house every year because they love my outdoor room! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
