Adam and Stephen were super friendly and responsive throughout the bathroom renovation process. They addressed our concerns, questions, and specific requests over the course of the project and stuck to the schedule as promised. They were very reasonable on costing and still came in under competitors despite offering more scope than any competitor. Only constructive feedback I have is that a couple days we were uncertain of when the work would start/finish so it made it tough to schedule day to day stuff around the project, but that only stuck out to us because of how many other house projects we had going on at the time. All in all we would happily have them back for the next round of upgrades!

I purchased a flipped house from Adam, and it has been a regrettable experience. While the house initially appeared to be in good condition, after a few months of living here, I've discovered that nearly everything Adam worked on was done poorly or incorrectly. To name just a few specific issues I've encountered: Kitchen cabinets: The doors were installed without removing the protective wrap, which was screwed in. I now have to remove all the doors to fix this. Installation issues: Items like toilet roll holders and blinds were screwed into drywall without anchors, causing them to become loose and unstable. Sprinklers: The pop-up sprinklers were not installed flush with the ground. I had to hire someone to install them properly. Appliances: The oven/range screen is broken. He bought all the appliances secondhand. Closets: They were missing rods. Window treatments: Many blinds were missing valences. Windows: The new windows installed are of the lowest quality, not even builder grade. Bathroom glass door: Installed with no proper seal on the bottom so it leaks water. Installed unevenly (not level) so the door doesnt stay properly closed. Sliding glass door: It was installed unevenly, resulting in loud squeaks and difficulty in opening and closing. Wall patches: There are numerous patches on the walls that were not retextured properly. These are just a few off the top of my head.. The workmanship is extremely subpar, reflecting a lack of attention to detail, overall laziness, and ZERO pride in his work. Save yourself the grief and avoid dealing with Adam.

We're super happy with the work that Adam and his team did in our home. We hired Redemption Refinishing to refinish our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Our cabinets were a brownish color that was starting to look a little dated and we now have a more contemporary style that completely changes the look and feel of our home. Adam is a nice guy and a perfectionist. Once the job was completed, he came back over to do a final walk-through and spent another hour touching-up every minuscule detail. Perfect job, thanks guys!

Adam and his install team and PM, Beth, were professional, on time and exhibited pride in everything thing they did. We had the back splash replaced, all kitchen cabinets refaced, repainted and new soft close drawers and hinges added. The outcome was gorgeous! Very obvious these guys know what they are doing. Thanks again for everything!!!

Redemption Renovation removed my old backsplash and replaced it with subway tile and refaced my kitchen cabinets and replaced all my drawers and installed pull out garbage cans and pull out shelves. Installed new hardware also. We’re extremely happy with the results! Will use them again when ready to do our master bathroom!
