Brooks Whitford5 StarI recently was looking for a contractor to enclose my carport. After several bids, i chose Rapid Restoration for the project. They were some of the best people to work with. All of the subs that came to the site for the different trades were professional and courteous. The work was done well and it was done quickly. I had an issue with some of the pricing due to a miscommunication with them but they resolved it to both our benefit. The Project manager, Carlos, was always able to answer my questions or get me the answers I needed in a timely manner. Drexter Smith1 StarRoy the estimator came out to our home, and took measurements on the items we wanted to remodel in our home. He told us that the estimate would be provided by the end of that day. It's been a week and we have not heard from Roy. I sent him an email, but received no response. We have been totally ignored. Beware of this company they talk good but then don't deliver. When a company representative doesn't respond to a customer that is a bad sign. What would happen if you gave them your remodel work, then in the process you couldn't contact them?Sunday 3rd March 2024
Ellen Holmes5 StarHad water damage that caused a whole new bathroom rework and floor and closet repair in next bedroom. Carlos was our man of the hour who contracted several different entities to complete our bathroom and bedroom. Carlos was fabulous as the project manager, who schedules and sees that the work was done correctly.
We would highly recommend Rapid Restoration for all their knowledge of hiring experienced people to complete a job that ends up looking like a model in a showroom. We are very happy with this project that was well done and all the workers that were very knowledgeable, and very easy and nice to work with.
