This company is such a blessing ! We are going through a fire at our home and Fernando showed up very professional explaining the entire idea of what his company does and how they can help restore us. He got us food and even a hotel. We are blessed to have him and will continue to work with his company through this tough time!

This company is amazing! I use them in 2023 when my home had some water damage and I needed to get rid of some mold. They came out did water test and determined that there was moisture behind the wall they took the wall out got rid of what they needed to and put it all back perfectly. Not only am I very happy with the work That they did on my home, but I referred them to about three other homeowners and they’ve all been really happy with the work!!

To the corporation of preferred Choice renovation and demolition. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the services from start to finish. May I say, I am absolutely thrilled with the renovation processes that took place Ben Slaughter my contract manager was so accommodating and responded to every text and email that I sent him. His team that consisted of Sean, Guillermo replace & construct), Jose (finish) and Amer (flooring) was over the top on professionalism and very talented. I am absolutely thrilled and willing to recommend their services to anybody who are in need of emergency services or everyday renovations. Thank you all!

We had a small leak in our attic that destroyed our sheet rock. Preferred Choice was on time and cut out the bad sheet rock and put dehumidifiers into the attic and ran them for 4 days. All the moisture was gone and we were able to get the ceiling repaired. good Job!

As a mitigation company, they were phenomenal. They were quick to act took care of my house and were ultimately respectful. They communicated well and it ease a lot of pressures in a stressful time As aAs a mitigation company, they were phenomenal. They were quick to act took care of my house and we’re ultimately respectful. They communicated well and it ease a lot of pressures in a stressful time. As a reconstruction company all I can say is this: Their pricing is outrageous. They do have some flexibility, but I recommend you take the time to research and shop around because a job that they were saying was going to cost $55,000. I got for $25,000 somewhere else. My overall rating is based on how poorly I was treated as a customer during reconstruction. If I rated only the mitigation, it would be six out of five.
