We weren't sure what to expect when we started researching companies to do our bathroom remodels but it was overwhelming to say the least. There are so many options and you pray that you will choose one that can at least check one or two of the boxes of what you are looking for. As soon as we met Jeremy, Mark, Rebekah and Ben with Phoenix Home Remodeling, we knew we had found the right company. Steve, Garron, Scott and Aaron consistently arrived on time and worked diligently to complete our project by the deadline. The communication was excellent, we were never left wondering what was going to happen next! Our bathrooms came out stunning, we could not have dreamed that our drab outdated bathrooms could be transformed but the PHR team outdid themselves. PHR takes the headache out of the whole process, they listen to what you want and turn it into reality. These are not your typical contractors and you will not regret choosing PHR for your home remodel! Phoenix Home Remodeling more than exceeded our expectations of what we thought a remodel would be like, they have literally thought of everything! They check every box!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They helped us design and remodel our guest bath and master bath. Their website has a lot of great information, which is what attracted us to them in the first place. The initial phone call was informative and honest. Everyone we have interacted with has been courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The communication was exceptional! We always knew when they were coming and who. They had a timeline and stuck to it. We also felt like they had our best interests in mind when last minute design changes had to be made. The bathrooms both turned out beautifully and we are extremely happy with the process and the result.

We knew PHR would be the team for us when Jeremy arrived for the initial quote on time, to the minute, and put booties on his shoes to prevent tracking construction debris into our home. Since my husband and I both work from home, it was vital that our contractor respect our time and space. The designer, Rebekah, helped us choose beautiful finishes and was patient and kind as we pivoted a few times during the design process. The construction process was seamless, with every contractor starting on time - and there were no surprises at any phase of construction. We were also blown away by how quiet they were. Most importantly, our bathroom is gorgeous. Lupe's craftsmanship with tile is outstanding. We chose difficult tiles, and Lupe installed them flawlessly. A special shout out to Steve and Aaron, who felt like old friends at the end of the project.

Phoenix home Remodeling did an excellent job on our primary bathroom remodel. Jeremy provided a detailed quote of work and materials so there were no questions. We also really liked working with them on this project.; thier tile work is wonderful! Highly recoomended!
