We contracted with Ron at Paragon Home Services to have a new vanity top, sink and faucet installed in our spare bathroom. The first vanity top/sink that arrived was not what we ordered and it had a crack in it. I was so sad because I was certain we would have to wait for an extended length of time due to lack of product because of the pandemic. However, Ron truly went the extra mile and put a rush on my order. I was so surprised and very happy when he called a week later to tell me my new vanity top was in and ready to be installed. The men that came to install were courteous, kind, professional, and VERY CLEAN. Ron communicated with me through the entire process and made certain I was satisfied and liked my new vanity top. I love it! We will be using Paragon Home Services in the near future to paint the cabinets throughout our kitchen and bathrooms. We are VERY HAPPY with the services we received from Paragon and very grateful to both Ron and Kathleen for always communicating with us and for the importance they placed on our satisfaction. On a scale of 1 thru 10 I give them 100+ and highly recommend! Thanks Ron! Looking forward to doing business with you again! :)

I recently purchased a Park Model RV and found the walk in shower, that was recently installed, was leaking. Not looking to tear up the bathroom I contacted the previous owners to learn something about the shower. They informed me that Paragon Home Services had installed the shower last December, 4 months prior. Contacted Ron and he agree to send someone out in a couple of days. Individual was quick and found the problem to be between the handle and shower head. He had it fixed in a little over an hour. I called them a couple of days later and had them install an OTR microwave. Again it took a little over an hour. Pricing was reasonable and workers were professional. Don't let Ron's tone throw you off, in the current climate of form over substance Ron's a breath of fresh air. I'd rather work with someone who knows what they're doing than a politically correct, incompetent, "nice" individual. NICE doesn't get anything done. Planning on having them build me a larger deck and utility building at some point.

I really wanted to give a good glowing review of this company. However, they did not complete the job. The awning over our carport and the new roof over our shed are leaking. We had referred them to a neighbor because they had been so responsive following the July monsoon and wind storm. They left a pile of debris behind at our neighbors. Yes, I know that the storm damaged a lot of homes and they were pressed to get materials. However, they did not even return phone calls. This was a very stressful year.

Redoing the front deck of my home was the 3rd project that I had Paragon Home Services Inc. do for me. The results were the same high quality workmanship as the other 3 projects. I especially compliment Jacob who headed up the recent project. His perfection workmanship resulted in the project being accomplished to the highest standards. I will definitely hire Paragon for any other projects that I may have in the future. Thanks to Ron, Jacob and the rest of the workers.

I have owned 4 homes since moving to Arizona in 1995 and have dealt with many repairmen and service companies. Paragon Home Services is by far the absolute BEST company I have dealt with! The crew that was sent to my mother's home was good-natured, extremely hard working, timely, knowledgeable and kept us informed step-by-step during the repairs. I would highly recommend this company for any mobile home or modular home repair!
