My husbsnd and i finally pulled the plug on a new shower installation. We had a great experience with our installer @Doug Clark from Optum. He worked extremely hard and made sure we were happy with the installation. He valued our input and made sure we got what we paid for. Doug is a hard working individual who cares about his clients and puts in the hard work. I would highly recommend @Doug Clark.

I have worked with Optimum before as they are the ones who put my windows in a couple of years ago. I happened To see that they offer a specific door that I need and called them. Jason called me and said that he could help me to get the right door that I need. He is very knowledgeable in his product and goes above and beyond to help his clients. He drove from the west side of Phoenix all the way to the East Side of Phoenix to measure the door so that we have all the right measurements and that he could give me the best estimate possible. I needed something done with one of the windows that I had purchased from them and on his way back to the West side he took time out of his day to take care of my window. Though everybody that I have spoken to at Optimum has been great, I am glad that I have a contact I can go to that I know will take care of my needs. You do not find very many people today who will provide the customer service that Jason does.

Jake was very professional & knowledgeable. He made the process fun and enjoyable. Also, the price is fair and we're looking forward to the installion of our new shower. UPDATE: We are loving our new shower (picture is without the rain doors) by Optum Home Solutions. Josiah, our installer was awesome - so professional - went above and beyond - even took an extra trip to Phoenix for us - his work is impeccable! Jake came over to our home today as scheduled and gave us a quote on an upstairs bath remodel. He was on time, on point, and on the ball. He presented us with many options, suggestions, recommendations, and set our expectations regarding the work to be done, it's expected duration, and any details that we had questions about. He even educated us on a few things that we'd not even thought about. Afterwards, his price quote was reasonable, in "the Ballpark", and his overall professionalism earned the sale. I look forward to having Optum do this work. I feel very confident about all of it, and will edit the review if need be in the future! (UPDATE!) Optum Home Solutions remodeled our tub area in one of our smaller bath rooms. Nothing fantastic or fancy. We were looking for child/toddler friendly over style. The solution they designed was simple, effective and very nice. "Lyle", their installer was perfect. We'd expected a lot of dust, noise and commotion, but Lyle completed the entire job in less than two days. As an unexpected bonus, at the end of each day, you couldn't even tell that he was here. He left no mess in-between the work days, was as quiet as a mouse and couldn't have been any more professional and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better install, and installer. We've had home improvement companies in the past come in for a small variety of things, and this was BY FAR the B-E-S-T experience we've ever had. I simply cannot think of how things could have been any better. Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.....and GREAT job, Lyle. #AppreciateYouAll
