We were referred to Ocotillo Flooring by Floor & Décor. Working with Ocotillo was excellent. They were very responsive and everyone we encountered was great to work with, from Kyle in sales to Amy in scheduling to the installation crews. They were always on time and respectful of our property. The crew did an excellent job with the demolition and installed the new plumbing valves. One negative was with the hot water line. Although it wasn’t leaking, it looked old and corroded (see picture); the wall hadn’t been opened in 25+ years. I thought it should have been replaced. When I mentioned this, they got a plumber out the next day to replace the line. There was a reasonable added expense, and it gives me peace of mind that it was replaced. Mauricio, who did the title, was excellent. He and Rene went over the plan to know exactly how I wanted the tile installed, and it turned out excellent! (See before and after pictures.) We remodeled our shower. Ocotillo was recommended by Floor & Decor. Amanda came to our house and quickly provided us with a labor quote along with a list for the materials needed to complete the job. This was a very easy process, and they did a professional job. Being able to purchase the materials and pay for the labor separately was very cost effective. Thank you!

I met Ocotillo Flooring thru Floor and Decor where we purchased our products. Rene came out and he was very pleasant and provided an estimate which was reasonable. We opted to use them. The tile removal company that removed @ 600 sq. ft of existing tile amazing. Very little dust was left behind. The installer (only 1) was very nice but i would give him a B for installation, a B- for tile layout, and a C- for grouting. I have been around construction for 38 years and have installed tile on occasion and am well aware that one person, no matter how good you are, cannot grout 1600 sq. ft in 8 hours and do an amazing job! The 1/8” grout joints became 3/16” -1/4” and there was considerable grout left on the tile that my wife and I (retired) had to scrub. I paid the balance but was sure to let them know I was not fully satisfied. I am a snowbird and I traveled back recently and emailed them that I was in town if they wanted to send someone to understand my issue. No response!

Ocotillo came to my house to provide a free estimate when I went to the Floor & Decor store on 1604. The installer, Juan, did a wonderful job and he took the time and care to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. My kitchen had an odd little gap and he went above and beyond to match the trim on my vent hood. Really happy with the whole experience!

I've used Ocotillo for three projects now: They remodeled my guest bathroom converting a tub into a walk in shower, they re tiled the floor in my kitchen/family room and finished up with tiling the backsplash in the kitchen. In all instances their installers were true pros on time, worked clean, and paid attention to detail. They are in my rolodex for the next remodeling project that rolls around.
