We are now living in a magnificent, one-of-a-kind home that is better than we could have ever imagined thanks to Nu Wavz. We interviewed custom home builders, and Nu Wavz impressed us right away with their professionalism. In our first meeting, Dan Johnson showed up prepared, asked insightful questions, grasped our goals and needs, and guided us through a base budget that we could tweak as the conversation went on. His calm assurance was very beneficial because we were new to building custom homes. We required a banking agent for our construction loan/mortgage and a real estate agent to assist us in buying the lot we had chosen. Dan provided us with insightful advice, and those experts had a big impact on process and results. It is beneficial to have Nu Wavz point you in the right direction because of their established and knowledgeable connections within the business community. Nu Wavz has top-notch designers. We met with Dan, Ben Sivert, and Christine Venzi, the blueprint designer, on the property lot to assess the potential for multiple views, make elevation adjustments, and find solutions for special limitations like the location of the wash and the small building envelope. Christine took our handwritten sketches of our dream home and turned them into a concept plan and then bid set drawings. Our home's daily beauty is a result of the understanding and optimization of light, desert flora and view potential by Dan, Ben, and Christine. Christine did a fantastic job of optimizing flow and square footage functionality. Ben helped us preserve the best cacti and trees so we could enjoy the natural beauty of the desert. Ben made the most of his hard-earned experience to make sure our home's design and result was affordable, sustainable, buildable, and true to the design concept while also making the most of the best features of the property. Jenna Allen guided us through the interior/exterior design and selections. She solves problems creatively, has extensive experience, is upbeat, and supportive. Her creative eye for design and professional expertise are greatly appreciated. Because Jenna understood our vision from the start, she—along with Dan, Ben, and Christine—helped us stay true to our initial goals and aspirations. She helped us create a contemporary desert mountain home with plenty of natural light, stunning views of the mountains and sunsets, and an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. We value the attention to detail shown by Nata Ramirez and Alfonso Espinoza of the Nu Wavz building crew. They listened to our concerns with respect and went above and beyond to deliver good results, whether it was installing custom shelving, repainting a ceiling, replacing tile, or anything else. We appreciate Curry's efforts to resolve problems and maintain the progress of the house construction. Brandi Brown made sure that all unfinished business and warranty items were satisfactorily finished, treating our house build as though it were her own. We are grateful for her perseverance, forbearance, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and personal care in making sure we had a lovely house to live in. It was her who ensured that the entire project was completed satisfactorily. The construction and site work took far longer than expected. Disruptions to the supply chain and the pandemic were important factors. There was a change in project managers, and certain subcontractor crews performed much better than others in terms of quality or property care while on the job. This was not a situation exclusive to Nu Wavz for home building. We knew we could count on Dan and Ben to listen to our concerns, accept accountability, identify and apply solutions, and remain dedicated to building a fine, custom home. We are grateful for the honesty, skill, flexibility, and concern shown by the Nu Wavz team.

They are two of the most honest people I have ever worked with professionally. They truly care not only about creating beautiful custom homes and remodels but also in doing what is best for the homeowner and customer.

We had a wonderful experience with Nu Wavz Homes. They remodeled our upstairs master and secondary bathrooms. We did the full tear down and remodel. Ben and Dan were really great to work with. We obtained three proposals and chose Nu Wavz, primarily because our neighbor highly recommended them. Both Dan and Ben were personally involved. Ben was always available to meet me to discuss issues or my desire to change something. The quality of the work was excellent. The craftsmanship on the tile work was wonderful. Every project has issues; it's the way in which a contractor handles those issues and resolves them that matters - both Dan and Ben responded, communicated, and resolved issues with us. We would hire Nu Wavz again for a remodel project.
