James Leach5 StarRobert and his team cane out and replaced my sundeck. They did a great job and went above and beyond when re-attaching the railing and bought new hardware to ensure it was safe. The wind storms that went through recently knocked a few tile off and Robert came by and adjusted and replaced those that were missing. Robert was professional, timely, fairly priced for the quality of work, and best of all the roof turned out awesome. They also said my flat roof needed some minor repairs that they are sending me An estimate for. I think they are very honest, and I would highly recommend them!Wednesday 27th March 2024
David Goldberg5 StarI had MSW repair the foam portion of my roof a few years back and was so pleased with that job, I called when I needed the shingle part of my roof replaced. Robert stated a 7am start time and at the stroke of 7am they were there on the job. It was completed on time. Rather than talk about how good it looks I'll just share the pic and a video. Sharon Gossett5 StarI have had my flat roof coated twice (every 5 years) now with MSW. I recommend MSW without reservations. They are perfectionists. They are very reasonably priced. My 2 roof coating contracts with them have included 5 year warranties. I have contacted them several times in the past to check my roof after it has rained, and have gotten very quick response time. MSW also painted the front of my house last year. Perfect!Wednesday 24th January 2024
