Matt understands the potential issues that can come up in a new build and clearly communicates to his clients throughout the entire process to eliminate those issues before they happen. He goes the extra mile for his clients and it shows!

Matt and Travis and Modern Splendor Homes just helped us build our dream house from concept to finish. We were introduced to Matt by our Realtor, and in a very busy construction boom Matt paid very close attention to us, helped guide us through every step of the process with amazing care, attention to detail, and utmost professionalism. We are very happy with how the entire process went and with our amazing new home, and would highly recommend he and his team. Travis was our boots on the ground project manager and has been in constant communication with us through every stage of the build always making sure we knew where we were at, and helped find quick and painless solutions to every challenge that arose. I hope everyone can be as lucky as we have been through this building process!

Once upon a time I built my home with a less than satisfactory experience, and came away wanting to know what a good experience would look like in the home construction world. I then applied to work for Modern Splendor Homes and was blown away with their incredible process of building beautiful homes. From the first meeting you can tell they have years of experience and knowledge in building homes. They are completely transparent and kind through every single step. I witnessed all types of designs and requests become reality for their clients. Their quality and construction cannot be beat. On top of that, they were amazing to work for. I highly recommend building or working for MSH.

If I could give more than 5 stars for Modern Splendor Homes, I would! Matt and his team converted a boat storage garage into a casita at my home. They were professional, honest, and easy to get ahold of. The work quality and attention to detail far exceeded any of our expectations. Matt kept us informed through every step of the process and has continued to help us with the final details that have been held up due to supply chain issues. He was up front with cost and helped us stay within our budget. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and love this addition to our home!

Is it possible to love your contractor? Yes it is. Matt and his crew with Jeff as the project manager made renovating my basement enjoyable. A flood damaged our basement and after a handful of no shows and over budget under serviced estimates by Joe Blow Contractor, Matt showed up honest and straightforward. He was very attentive and communicated every step of the process. If a situation came up, he solved it. I can’t thank him enough and we love our basement.
