We had a sliding glass door and 8’ x 6’ new window installed today 10/1/24 by Donte and John they were amazing. First they came into the house and explained what they were going to do. Then prepped the areas where they were working so they wouldn’t get debris all over our house. They went right to work, very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! After they finished they showed us everything and asked if we had any questions. They also cleaned up every where and the window and sliding glass door look amazing!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

I have been absolutely thrilled with the product and the service of Lifetime Windows. I purchased their product because the original windows in my home were letting in so much heat from the direct sunlight. I felt and immediate difference in the room temperatures where the windows were installed. Their product more than lived up to their claim. No more covering my windows with foam inserts to block the light and heat. I can now enjoy the view and let the natural sunlight in without over inflated electrical bills. The service rep that set me up was very professional. There was no up selling their product. He showed me the product, explained the cost, the benefits and the warranty, (which I have found none better in the market), and let me decide for myself. The installers also were very efficient, professional and did superb work. I am a do-it-yourself homeowner and have done most of my remodels and repairs, as well as add-ons for the past 25 years. I am very reluctant to hire out work and am very critical when it comes time to installing long term products in my home. Lifetime Windows has earned my business! I would recommend them to everyone.

Lifetime windows gets 5🌟stars. The process from start to finish was absolutely incredible. I first learned about Lifetime at a home and garden show. All employees are knowledgeable professionals, who are personable as well. Their customers service is exceptional excellent. (Thanks Ariana). The windows came early than promised, not expecting an early arrival Ariana was very accommodating to work with my schedule. The windows are amazing. A new modern look in my home. Not the greatest experience. The guys were nice but we had a slider removed and window added. The window was hung quite right and the stucco wasn’t done correctly on the outside so some of the window frame was sticking out and some was behind stucco. On another of the sliders that was replaced, they came out to do the trim work and said it had to be rehung. So weeks later it gets rehung. $58k in windows they don’t take down any window blinds etc. you have to pay somebody or do it yourself which was fine. But for close to $60k the windows are mediocre. Flimsy door handles on the sliders, I had to go around and tighten all the locks, just not great quality windows. It’s done and here we are. I wouldn’t recommend to friends and family. Warrsntyis void if you add any sun screens so basically the warranty is worthless because if you live in AZ you have sun screens.

We had great service with Lifetime Bath & Shower from start to finish. Samih in sales was very knowledgeable. Frank in measuring was prompt and professional. And then Dana and Arturo for the installation were communicative and detail oriented. It was a really great experience. We will use them again and will recommend to our friends.
