Latitude 33 Contracting

Latitude 33 did an AMAZING job on our total kitchen remodel. I'm overwhelmed with how pretty it turned out! John is very professional and experienced, but he's also down to earth and easy to work with. His team was impressive, working with excellence and diligence, and as a mom of 7 it was a comfort to me that they all were very respectful of me and my children. We felt very safe and comfortable around his crew, which is important when there's such a time-consuming project going on in your home, and I have been recommending him highly. We were having a hard time finding a contractor that we felt comfortable with until John came by to give us a quote. John made us feel at ease, answered all of our questions and he showed that he knows his stuff. We are pleased with the kitchen remodel work Latitude 33 completed and are enjoying our new kitchen. We will definitely be using Latitude 33 again in the future! I contacted John and Latitude 33 for a conversion/remodel of my 1970s fireplace to an entertainment wall. John and his company were great throughout the process. I was most impressed with the craftsmanship and care of everyone involved in the project. Great experience; I would highly recommend. So pleased with the work that Latitude 33 did!! We moved into a home with a niched wall that was popular in the 90’s but did not fit our plans today. The wall affected both the living room and the bedroom behind it. Latitude 33 removed the niches and put up new drywall in both rooms. This included moving switches and cables, plastering and painting both rooms to match, and re-tiling the part of the floor that the niches had covered. John (the owner) gave us a timely estimate that was reasonable and accurate. Luke (the foreman) worked with us on timing and was flexible with our schedule. Luke’s team of both employees and subcontractors did a fantastic job and were great to work with. They did everything they could to minimize the dust, and we were delighted with the final product.

Latitude 33 is amazing! They helped design the kitchen of my dreams, even incorporating a secret pantry door that looks like a cabinet! They completely captured my vision of opening up the kitchen to the living area and created the perfect kitchen for entertaining! I am in love with my walnut cabinets and couldn’t be happier with everything they did! Thank you Latitude 33!

From the foundation to the finishing touches, the construction work reflects the thoughful care and consideration of our home and quality work is apparent. Latitude 33 Contracting went above and beyond! These guys are great! We had an entire pillar removed and a micro lam beam installed. This required precision and complete accuracy. Their team then built out the entire area and new patio. We added BBQ and Fireplace with built in seating. I was extremely thankful for their attention to detail and communication. Timely and on budget! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a remodel done!

We are so happy that we went with Latitude 33 for an addition on the front of our house. We really appreciate that they stayed on schedule - there were crews at our house just about every day until the significant work was done. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure it was done right, and the end result is even better than we imagined. Our neighbors all tell us that the addition looks natural, like it was always part of the house, just like we wanted. The crew at Latitude 33 are a really good group of guys who you will enjoy getting to know. We found them to be fair and honest and to really care about their work. Highly recommended!

John, Luke, Shane and the rest of the crew at Latitude 33 were phenomenal to work with. We hired them for a variety of home improvement projects this past summer and they completed each project in a timely fashion with excellent craftsmanship, and above all---with integrity. We loved having them around and will never use another contractor! This company is a gem in the industry. Look no further.
