If you ever have to control a construction project remotely, this is the company for you! We live in Bend OR, but purchased a small condo in Scottsdale last year. A bathroom remodel was necessary before we could occupy as it was a safety issue. I hired a construction company and grew frustrated with their inability to provide the credentials required by the building owner. I went online and found JMK, read all the reviews, confirmed their credentials and decided to give them a call. Michael Lutz answered the phone and I outlined the project. He told me he would personally go out to the property and assess the situation. He emailed me his findings the same day along with a detailed cost analysis. I told him what credentials were required and he provided them all within two days to the property management company and followed up with a call to make sure they had what they needed. From that point on, he never deviated from the contract without consulting me. I ended up having more electrical, carpentry and plumbing work done because he was so easy to work with. We love our place and it’s all because of JMK Construction Services!
