Nancy Anderson5 StarJ & K Residential Services has done numerous jobs at my home; everything from completely remodeling my upstairs bath to fixing a leaky faucet to servicing my swamp cooler. Jay is always on time, more than courteous, works quickly and efficiently, prices are fair and reasonable and he is upfront about what does/does not need to be done. He is a joy to work with and the only guy I will call for help if we can't fix it ourselves. I can't recommend him highly enough!Thursday 26th January 2017
william maccuish5 StarI live an hour's drive from my 80 year old mother so sometimes large maintenance tasks require creative scheduling, additional help and expertise. I was able to contact Jay by phone and arrange for him to schedule time to help at my mother's home. He completed several jobs promptly and efficiently. Chris D5 StarI had gotten estimates for my kitchen remodel from 15-20 grand. Jay came in and itemized each thing he would do. Was very straight forward. When plans changed he was willing to work with me, and take off any thing that was no longer needed. (Counter top) His work was awesome and my kitchen looks great. He also replaced light fixtures and some bathroom plumbing. He will be back for future projects.Sunday 5th January 2014
