We had a water leak on Friday, January 12 in the afternoon and it was also coming upon a three day weekend due to MLK Day the following Monday. We had a plumber come out and it was in our master bathroom. The floor was all wet by the shower, we had a saturated rug, wet drywall, and water was dripping on the outside wall down the foundation. Our master bathroom has 3 outside walls so it was to pull the marble slab or outside stucco. DRYLUX came out, they removed all the damaged area and set up two fans, a dehumidifier, and a huge air purifier. DRYLUX was amazing and I recommend them for any water damage. HYPERBUILD came out today and did their estimate to restore my master bathroom to prior yo the water leak. Jeff D. came out and was very professional, thorough, very nice, and very understanding. It’s nice to know there are still people like Jeff and companies like DRYLUX and HYPERBUILT out there to help when you have a horrible water leak. I’m sure they do other things than just water mitigation and restoration. DRYLUX and HYPERBUILT are under the same business umbrella and it’s nice to have it all stay with the companies. It makes it so easy for a homeowner that has never had a water leak before and I just want them to get the recognition. Jeff was so awesome and made me feel better with the process and he emailed us with the estimation that same day. BIG THANK YOU to JEFF and HYPERBUILT. I can’t wait to work with HYPERBUILT to get my shower restored back to working order. UPDATE: Drywall and painting by Brian and Mark did an incredible job. You wouldn’t even have known they were there, as they cleaned up everything. The paint and texture matched perfectly. THEN came Oscar to install the cultured marble and again no trace they were there. They also washed off the driveway where they cut the marble. It looks awesome and highly recommend them too. Next comes the glass shower door and glass panels. Stay tuned. ***4/22/24 UPDATE*** Adam’s Glass was the contractor Scott from HyperBuilt assigned us to. They were absolutely great. Every step in this process from day one has been great and they all were perfectionists. AWESOME SERVICE AND AWESOME WORK! Thank you for being so easy to work with and providing amazing service. It’s refreshing to have a contractor like HyperBuilt who does what they say and actually does it. In fact it’s rare now-a-days. Scott was absolutely the greatest and he kept me update in all the processes. If you want it done right, choose HYPERBUILT! I can guarantee you will not be sorry!!! We are incredibly happy with Hyperbuilt!!! Great communication, extreme professionalism, super knowledgeable. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Mario and Manuel did the restoration work. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and the job they did was amazing. They restored our house back to how it was before the damage. We can't even tell there was damage - in fact it looks better than it did before!! Hire this company for your restoration needs!!!

I had a great experience with the Hyperbuilt team! My water heater leaked causing damage to the surrounding drywall and insulation. From the PM, Misty, to the repair team, Mario and Manuel, I was pleased with the entire project. They all did a great job and were extremely courteous and friendly. You can’t even tell that there was previous damage. They also went above and beyond to ensure that any future leaks would minimize damages to the home. The painting of the entire wall was seamless as well. Very professionally done! Thank you team! *As a side note, their sister company, Drylux Restoration, that did the mitigation work and demo, and who ensured that everything was completely dried out prior to passing the baton to Hyperbuilt were equally excellent as well, thank you Josh Case and team also.

Our water heater is all put together again. The stand and wet sheetrock have been replaced and painted, and everything looks better than ever. Our thanks to Mario and Manual for their professional work and outstanding communication. We're really pleased with the final product. After our water heater leaked, the stand required some rehab. Brandon and Juan Jr, did a fantastic job, the WH stand is actually better than it was originally, the new WH heater was reinstalled better than the plumber who originally installed it. Brandon and Juan Jr, really paid attention to the details. Even their clean-up went the extra mile.
