I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. There is zero project management, zero accountability for their work, and I don’t think any of the subcontractors they use have any idea what they are doing. They will hire the cheapest labor possible to do the work in your home, and it absolutely shows through the quality of their work. They began grouting the house with a grout color that we did not select. Then, instead of removing the wrong grout from the couple areas that were grouted, they attempted to dye the remaining grout to match the color we wanted. We ended up with tie dye grout over the entire house. The owners, Kayla and Garcia, will fight you every step of the way to get anything fixed. Nothing is ever their fault, and they are always looking for someone else to blame. They will offer to fix things, disappear for a week, and then decide they aren’t going to fix those things they agreed to anymore. What was supposed to be a two week project turned into a three month project. They finally agreed to replace the floor and start over due to the quality being so poor. The tile on our stairs was not square, the schluter edge was installed horribly, the tile on our raised floor was installed improperly, and the list goes on. They broke our fireplace hearth during install and it had to be completely torn out, they broke our backyard gate off the hinges, ran over three of our landscape lights, and left holes in our drywall scattered around the house. Nobody communicated with us when the tile removal would happen, and they just showed up one day and started removing all of the grout. They did not bother to cover anything in the house with plastic, left all of our closet doors wide open, and completely covered our house in grout dust. All of our dishes, all of my son’s toys, all of our clothes, just completely covered. It was a complete hazard to be in there at that point, so we left for a hotel for multiple days. None of the workers were even wearing proper ventilation while removing the grout, which is a massive OSHA violation. If you value your money and your home, use literally any company besides this one. They will completely destroy your house and take no responsibility for it. Update: There are patches of miscolored tile all over our entire floor that won’t come up, even with a professional cleaning. We are guessing the grout or some other product they used was left on the floor too long and ate away the finish on the tile. Kayla is of course, once again, completely unresponsive and useless in correcting this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

In my opinion the word crooks is the best way to describe them. They reported my initial review to Google which was completely honest and had it removed. This is in violation of the consumer fair review act which I've reported to the FTC. Too much to list here but ill share a few items. They fraudulently charged me over $3,000 for glue(which during a repair of their original work I discovered they never uses) and refused to return it until I got an attorney involved and complained to the ROC. Then they eventually agreed to return it if I remove my review. Now they're ignoring my requests again for the refund so I have no choice but to pursue legal action. They've incorrectly installed the floors by using shortcuts which causes the floors to pop up. It's been a nightmare as this is my only home and with each screw up I need to uproot my life. They also removed a material called gypcrete without my authorization. I was led to believe they would be adding gypcrete to replace it but found out they used a cheaper material without telling me. Gypcrete is required by my HOA and now I'm I'm violation of HOA bylaws and CC&Rs. They've damaged the common areas to the point my HOA sent me a large bill to clean up their mess. Briana the project manager just makes excuses and has limited willingness or ability to help. All she does is text and when I try to call immediately hangs up and claims to be on a conference call. Hasn't called back despite trying to speak with her for months. She ignores anything that you say that she doesn't want to address. I've asked for her supervisors contact and she just ignores the requests. Continuously making mistakes and not following manufacturer guidelines Also caught her contractor stealing cash from my drawer and unplugging my security camera after realizing he was being recorded. Wouldn't wish this experience in my worst enemy

This review is for customer #PR105797 Vinyl Floor is coming apart at the seems and is starting to become a hazard. I tried calling multiple times no one answers the phone there is no accountability for work. I always give companies the opportunity to make it right.

Audrey from Home Solutionz contacted me about a master bath remodel that we had been looking to do for the last two years, I told her I wanted to make sure they were going to manage this project and all the work could be taken care of BEFORE WE STARTED and she indicated that she had all the subcontractors lined up. We delayed agreeing until she promised to get all the vendors together to go over the work before the project started to make sure there were no issues with the various work that was scheduled. That never happened, even after the project was delayed by a week ONE HOUR before they were supposed to start. She only showed up on the first day work started (the day the project was fully paid for) and never returned and only finally texted me after everything was supposed to be done, never called to see how the project was going while it was happening. I ended up managing everything. One of the subcontractors for the drywall and glass block work only showed up a week after the project started and then never actually submitted a quote, so I have to go out and find other contractors to finish the work so I can actually USE my bathroom, and it wasn’t available for guests this thanksgiving, that was fun. The actual tile work that Martin and his father did is excellent. The plumbing work by Freddy of AC by Jay was also good, so the subcontractors were great. That was the only thing Audrey was correct about. I’d hire the subcontractors again and refer them to others, so that is the only thing Home Solutionz actually accomplished. We canceled part of the install, yet that part of the job was never refunded and we have been charged the full amount, although a couple of extra $10 trimpieces did need to be added on, so I guess that equals out, NOT, but they wouldn’t know about it because nobody from Home Solutions even bothered to talk to me after they had charged my Credit Card. So IF you want to pay a middleman who never actually does anything other than put you in contact with subcontractors who aren’t big enough to have advertising budgets, go ahead and hire Home Solutionz. I did receive one text from the Briana, the project manager, only that it was being delayed by a week exactly ONE HOUR prior to starting and after I had received several scheduling emails and texts confirming that work was going to be started on that Monday morning. Otherwise, I was inundated only with emails from this company requesting referrals for a $100 kickback from the company. I won’t be using Home Solutionz again and I doubt I’d ever recommend them or whoever Paul Turpin is.
