They installed flooring for us in 2021. We were so pleased with the results. We are now remodeling our master bathroom and we wanted to get some more tile. I've been trying to contact them four times today and have waited over 20 minutes listening to advertising for their company. No one answered the phone. I wonder if they're still in business.

This company does not call you back when you are seeking a resolution to a problem. They may send you an email and say not their problem without calling you and getting the whole picture. Sent numerous emails and calls with zero results for 4 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. The installers left the giant roll of extra carpet on my driveway that I did not want, left a discarded razorblade on my floor and their lunch garbage in my house. I could forgive all of that if the job was done right. They left leaving the carpet edges undone/untacked to the floor so now it's lifting. I have been trying to contact the company for 2 and a half months to fix the issue and was met with a no show appointment then another call promising installers to come back but that was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. GO USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship from these guys! We had moved into a new house that was all carpet and hired Home Solutionz to put down new floors. They had a fantastic selection and were so professional, we couldn't be happier with the job they did! Highly recommend them!

Professional people focused on quality results. I absolutely will visit Home Solutionz LLC first next time to choose floors. The only thing I regret is that we didn’t use Home Solutionz LLC’s installers as well.
