If we could give 10 stars we would!! We highly recommend using Holland Brothers Construction. We have used many contractors throughout the years and we have never been more impressed. We first filled out an interest form on-line, we didn't have high expectations on receiving a call back, and we went on with our day, by the end of the day we received a phone call from Andrew. He was willing to listen and he understood what our vision was for our dream backyard. He was able to work within the budget we had put together for this project. We scheduled a start date and it was really that easy. Andrew, Caleb and their team showed up on time, and were completely professional and communicative throughout the whole project. Their workmanship is above and beyond what we could have imagined. When they came across a challenge, they were able to problem solve with their experience and expertise. With that said before any decisions were made as far as design and layout they would call us to make sure that we were all on the same page. It was really a transformation of our backyard and we are 110% satisfied.

Andrew and Caleb, Holland Brothers Construction team are remarkable. From the onset with their knowledgeable advisement and experience, we knew we were in their great hands with our Trex Deck Landing Dock project. Their attention to detail was stellar and impeccable. Craftsmanship was superior. As we reside in Avondale AZ in Garden Lakes Estates on the waterfront, we wanted a beautiful statement to blend with the water, with the surroundings and with pure quality and longevity. We knew we wanted Trex. Andrew also stepped in as a resource to our Garden Lakes HOA Architectural Committee to answer any questions if needed for approval. They came and measured, provided all renderings and product detail as requested for HOA approval. Approval occurred without a hitch timely. He provided consultations suggesting a contrasting border. Caleb’s stellar carpentry skillset is like no other. Precise detail. This team communicates with you on every step, they are punctual, courteous, caring, timely, and have wonderful singing and melodic voices to music 🎶 when they are working on your property and project. I am extremely pleased from start to finish with Holland Brothers Construction. I was impressed from very first phone call I made. Andrew listened to my vision of what we had in mind and did not talk over me prior to hearing the whole plan was as sales people tend to do. That is what I expected was a salesman on the other end of the line. What I got was a person that wasn't trying to sell me anything but answer my questions. And I had a LOT of them. All questions were answered, not all of them on that very phone call but by following up when he said he would. That was the thing that started to set this company apart from other businesses, doing what they said they will do. Unfortunately it is a very rare trait . It does however mean the world to me. We selected them to build our deck. They communicated every step of the way and were true to their word on everything that they said. They treated our property with respect and care. The deck started to take form and I followed the progress closely. I wanted good craftsmanship from beginning to end and not to have it just slapped together. It was evident that they wanted the same thing. If something wasn't the best quality from the factory, ie a twisted board or an off color deck board, they set it aside and got a replacement and didn't try to hide it in my project. We couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome. It is exactly what we envisioned and we will enjoy this for many years to come. Thank you sincerely!

The Holland Brothers know what quality craftsmanship and customer service is all about. In a time when most companies only care about the bottom line Andrew and Caleb take professionalism to the next level. They had answers for every one of my questions, responded back immediately when I needed to get a hold of them, showed up early to the job and their communication skills are the best. I am a very picky person and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of the deck they built for us is exceptional. I would not hesitate to use them again for any job I have, they are simply the best.
