Lorrie, Scott, and team are the best of the best! This is our second remodel with Lorrie and Scott. This time around, in addition to a compete remodel (kitchen, flooring, changing the floor plan, etc) we also added approximately 900 sq ft to our home. It turned our better than we could ever have imagined! We talked about our vision and they made that vision come to life - and with details we would never have thought of! Also, not only did Scott and the team have to deal with the details and logistics of the remodel and addition but they also worked with seamlessly with the company that was building our pool and re-doing our back yard at the same time. Our home is truly our paradise, where we love to entertain family and friends.

My husband and I hired Hochuli Design to remodel our primary bathroom, guest bathrooms, and kitchen in our 1960s Paradise Valley home. We wanted a complete redesign of the layout of all those areas, and they totally delivered! Lorrie’s expertise in space planning and putting our thoughts into a beautiful design was better than expected. When production begin, there was clear, open, and honest communication with the entire team, including subcontractors. We were given a timeline and they stuck to that schedule. We cannot recommend Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team enough! They are fantastic people, and an even better company.

My wife and I purchased a home in Paradise Valley that was perfect for our family, and we fell in love with it, but it was outdated and needed some serious upgrades. We wanted to completely redo the kitchen, all of the bathrooms, the laundry room, the flooring throughout, and little things in between but we were overwhelmed by how much work that was. Calling Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team was the best thing we ever did. They made the process so easy from start to finish, and handled everything for us. We will definitely be using the Hochuli's again for our next big project.

From builder grade to Beautiful! When we purchased our winter condo last year here in Tempe we wanted to update both of our bathrooms. We contacted Hochuli design company and got the ball rolling. We met with Scott & Lorrie only a week before we were to return to our summer home in Chicago. We were immediately impressed with their design showroom and them. With in a week they came out to our condo to walk through and understand our wants and ideas. After that we were under contract to have both bathrooms completely updated while we were back home in Illinois. We had constant communication with our designer Amanda and contractor Martin. We felt a high level of trust allowing them to work in our condo while we were back home in Chicago. They worked seamlessly with our building management and provided us with daily updates on the progress through the computer program Buildertrend. In fact having the daily updates with photos was like living through the construction without any of the dust! The preparation to prepare our condo for demo and construction was unbelievable! Plastic walls, heavy duty flooring protection etc. Their timeline for the project was accurate and they worked within our budget. We are more than happy with the results and would easily recommend Hochuli design & remodeling team to anyone who wants to take their project from builder grade to beautiful.

We have used Hochuli Design and Remodeling for our kitchen project. They did an outstanding job making our home so modern looking! We worked with Lorrie who helped us design our dream kitchen. My wife left me with the color choices as she trusts my judgement but Lorrie honed in on things I didn't even think about. Our marbleized quartz looks outstanding as the waterfall edge lines up so naturally. They suggested we do not put outlets on the sides and had their electrician put outlets at the fronts of the cabinets. We use our island as a second desk area and power was important. The brushed nickel hardware just set everything off. I wanted to say that the company was quick to answer our questions, were responsive during the demolition and construction phase all while Scott made sure we were happy as the project progressed. I would do business with them again and have referred my co-workers as they are in the market for bathroom makeovers.
