Located in Mesa, AZ, FIVE40 Remodeling is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor offering both residential and commercial renovation and consultation services.  Founded in 2015 as a small local contractor offering handyman services and light construction, we have evolved to become a full service residential and commercial remodeling and construction company.  FIVE40 Remodeling can handle any project, but we specialize in kitchens, additions, and whole home renovations.  For our residential clients we offer turn-key remodeling services from the ground up including concrete and masonry,  plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, millwork, flooring, and everything in between. In fact, our founder has more than 20 years of experience in residential remodeling.  As for our commercial clients, we offer the same range of turnkey services to make your TI, build-out, or renovation easy and hassle free.   In just six years, FIVE40 Remodeling grew from a local handyman operation to a full service general contractor. Five40 did an amazing job on my 400 square foot master bedroom/bathroom addition. Not only did they do the addition they reconfigured other rooms, stucco my entire house, repainted it and helped solve a drainage issue in my backyard. Shannon even helped explain the process to me a year before I hired his company. Shannon is straightforward and explains everything so you can understand what is being done and really helped me bring my vision to reality. His crew is very trustworthy and I would definitely hire them again.

I hired Five40 Remodeling LLC to remodel my laundry room. The remodel required to relocate a water heater to the garage, reconfigure my air conditioning ducting in the attic, and new floor tile. They were reliable, showed up every day, and even worked on the weekend to finish the job. After the job was complete we had an issue with a drain (No fault of theirs). I contacted Shannon the owner and he sent over his guy the next day to fix the problem. We haven’t had an issue since. I highly recommend Five40 Remodeling for your remodeling needs.

We are so happy with the remodel work Shannon and his team did in our Great Room. They removed cut outs and put in custom cabinets with quartz counter tops. We ordered 2 new beverage coolers and they should arrive this week. We are looking at additional work in our home and we would differently use Five40 Remodeling again. We highly recommend them.

Shannon and his team do amazing work. They converted a storage space into a bonus room that is being used as a home office. The Workers cleaned Up after themselves each day and made sure they didn’t harm existing parts of the home. The project was completed ahead of schedule and was in line with the estimated amount. I would highly recommend Five40 Remodeling for your home remodeling projects!
