The task at hand was removing an old tub, expanding the space, and installing a brand-new tile shower. Tyler, the design associate, played a crucial role in this process. HIs eye for detail and innovative ideas helped to transform my initial concept into a stunning reality. Tyler was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in creating a space that not only looked amazing but also functioned perfectly for my needs.

Don Nolta5 StarWe had a very old bathtub replaced with a tiled walk-in shower. The installation team, lead by Carlos, did an excellent job. They added studs where necessary to ensure that the behind-the-wall structure could support the tile. They also re-arranged plumbing to fit the new design. Deb, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and ironed out any misunderstandings quickly and to our complete satisfaction. This home will be a VRBO investment property and a part time winter residence for us. While we were in California, they completed the work, keeping us updated at every step with progress photos and videos. Before the project began, my wife and I met them at the Emser tile showroom, and they helped us select beautiful tiles and finishes.
