This is a long and overdue review of Designer Remodeling. They were recommended by our general contractor who was building an addition to our home. We needed someone to construct and install a new master closet, a second bedroom closet, and a storage closet. In addition we wanted professional built-in bookcases with some carpentry details in a Den. All of this required custom design and fabrication. And attention to details. We met with Neil, the owner, at his shop in Phoenix. While most of their displays were for kitchen remodeling Neil showed us his work floor and said they could build anything. And he was correct. We iterated with his designer to get the right mix of clothes hanging areas, drawers of different heights to include narrow ones suitable for jewelry and a variety of deep ones for clothing. We wanted to utilize the space from floor to ceiling and they designed doors on storage cabinets to hide contents. We had a very specific look in mind and they achieved it. The installation process was amazing since this was a 35 year old home with plaster walls and very few right angle corners. Neil's installers were able to on-site cut and adjust custom headers and side pieces that fit the space perfectly. Installation was done in three major waves to work with the completion of different parts of the addition construction. At all times Neil was accessible by phone and his workers took pride in what they were doing. Given the amount of custom work, fabrication, wood staining, our costs through our general contractor were quite reasonable. The important thing was were got exactly what we wanted in terms of quality and functionality. We can not imagine a better outcome.

Neil and his team were wonderful to work with on our remodeling project. They really listened to our ideas, and provided excellent design advice and expert craftsmanship. All of their crew were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They took great care to ensure the working environment was cleaned up and that the rest of our home was protected. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful wall they crafted and installed for us! Would recommend them 1000 times over.

No words can adequately express the incredible, professional, job that Neil and his crew did in our brand new kitchen. Every time someone sees our kitchen, the first words are "wow"! Mark, the cabinet master, was beyond helpful, listening to our thoughts, and producing a quality product. Neil, the owner, was very personable and always available for any questions we had. The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. Our result is exceptional.

Designer remodeling replaced all my kitchen cabinets several years ago. They still look BRAND NEW and my kitchen still has a new, fresh feel. I can't say enough about Neil and his crew. They were professional and kept everything so clean and dust-free throughout the process! I know, it can be a challenge to remodel, especially the kitchen. Working with Designer Remodeling made the process really manageable. Highly recommended.
