I do not recommend DEA Remodeling; they are unprofessional, they have poor Customer Service skills and they do not deliver their promises. We signed contract and down payment was provided about 3 months ago; about a month ago I reached out to their office and for about a week my calls were not returned, I went to their office in Tempe and they were closed; there was no answering message stating that their office was closed. I called Eric (Sales associate and the person that provided the Contract and collected the down payment check) and after many unanswered phone calls, he called back stating that his office would reach out. Days later their scheduler called me and agreed on a date (to be done on a Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 am), so I make arrangements to take 2 days off from work; Tuesday comes and 1 hour before our appointment I get a text message from David stating that they need to reschedule for Wednesday and Friday because they were running behind schedule. Wednesday morning at 11:00 am (an hour late from our appointment) I get another text from Faith stating that they are rescheduling me again to Thursday -an hour later and via text, they did not have the courtesy of calling me to explain the situation and verify that my work schedule worked with their messy schedule- Very upset and annoyed because now I have lost 2 days of work due to their lack of organization, I called Faith and David back, instead of sympathy and empathy I get haughty words. David (the installer) shows up by himself, the job was to install 4 closets and only 1 guy shows; he arrives at 9:30 am and leaves at 1:00 pm; he starts putting together 2 closets, but does not finish either. When I asked why was he leaving after only 4 hours of work he said that his vehicle only carried material for 4 hours of work. He also leaves dirt, material debris all over the hall and bedroom, he did not clean up. The next day David completes the installation but is missing components, he claims that in the next couple of days they will bring them and finish all the job; I noticed that a few bars aren’t properly secure and they pop-out. Two days later, a different worker shows up supposedly with the missing parts, (I had to take another day off); the worker states that he doesn’t have the missing components, that he is there only to secure the loose bars. There has been almost a month since the installation and I am still waiting for components; needles to say that I have paid in full for a service that is not completed yet; periodically I text David and Eric for status on the missing components, Eric has never replied to my texts and David responds after my 3rd or 4th text stating that he doesn’t know when the missing components will arrive. I do not think I am being unreasonable with my expectations and with my review; I understand the delays in materials nowadays, but what I do not understand is the poor customer service DEA Remodeling has and the lack of organization, commitment and seriousness about their word and work. Once again, I do not recommend this company.

David and his father are liars and misleading. Great at the trade shows but terrible after the sale. Poor quality and even worse follow up. I have several texts with David over promising and never delivering. Looking forward to the next home show to share my experience in person with potential customers.
