Dyllan Clark was very clear in explaining what was going on with my plumbing issues. And in the end when I required extensive repairs, which I think most homeowners would agree can feel overwhelming, I was grateful for the knowledge and professionalism Dylan utilized in dealing with my insurance company, and helping me get through this emergency.

We had a water leak in our wall which ruined the wood floor and a lot of dry wall. Copper State was recommended by the AC repair company. They took charge immediately with water damage mitigation and then demo and repair. They handled everything with the insurance company and advised me as we went along to ensure the insurance company covered the claim. Since we had to repair so much flooring we took the opportunity to remodel more of the house. This wasn’t covered by insurance but because they were already there it was way cheaper than if we just brought in a contractor. They finished on time just before we had to host 20 family members for Thanksgiving. Shout out to Kylie Boushey, our rep. She was amazing! There was a ton of coordination and she was really on top of things. And she made sure insurance paid every cent they were obligated to pay. It was a stressful situation but Copper State really made it very easy. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I ended up flooding our house on accident. We had Copper State homebuilders come out. They’re very very quick with their response time and having a cleanup crew come out. I really appreciate Khalif for going over everything with us in detail and helping us file our claim, I would definitely recommend them for water damage and mold.

For having my house flood and being a disaster I can say I am happy that I chose to call Copper State. Ben the first person to call and make contact with me was at my home within 20 mins and got right in the processes. He was awesome and very knowledgeable. Not only was he great but the work crew brought in was outstanding as well. He delegated tasks well to people best suited for the job at the proper timing according to task priority level and made sure everything was done to prevent any further damage. Every time I called with a question he answered right away with care and urgency! Ben and Copper State made this what should have been a nightmare into a pretty easy going situation. Big shout out and thanks to all of you guys.

I can't say enough about how helpful CopperState has been throughout the whole process. I woke up to water all over my kitchen floor and CopperState was on sight a lot quicker than I expected. Ben was my Mitigation Specialist and he helped me file my claim with my Homeowners Insurance as well as explain the whole process to me. He got his equipment set up so that the damage didn't spread further. Ben was very kind and understanding with all of my questions and concerns. Each step of the process was explained so that I always knew what was happening. I will recommend them to anyone. If you want informative, honest, understanding and diligent people, I'd give them a call!
