The installer called at the appointment time and said he was going to be 30 minutes late. He could of called earlier and for some reason did not. He ended being 48 minutes late. I met him at the door and asked if he had a mask and he said he did not so I supplied him with a mask. I showed him the bathroom. He left and later I found shavings from him drilling holes in the tile to mount the railings on top of my medicine cabinet. Also there shaving on my medication and the container that I keep my frequently used medicine. Last the hand rail mounted to the back wall of the shower is not straight. Very unprofessional in every way. To bad I have to choose a star to post this.

I had a rental property in Gilbert that my wife and I were looking to sell. Got several quotes to freshen up the bathrooms before listing it for sale. Convertabath was the perfect solution. Very Reasonable way to update the bathrooms. Changed from the almond color older baths to fresh white. Put in glass shower doors. Made the house look great in photos for the listing. Very pleased with their pricing and quick turn around time.

ConvertaBath did an exceptional job with placing multiple grab bars throughout the house. Justin was very professional, kind and answered all of our questions. He took the necessary time to install them securely. The grab bars are strong & very sturdy. Also, I had the opportunity to speak with the coordinator, Jeannine, on a few occasions as she is the person that scheduled the appointments & she was very thorough with explaining the process between the Veterans Affairs staff & her company. Thank you so much Jeannine & Justin for taking such great care of us!

This company is great. My parents purchased a house with only one bathroom and needed to convert the tub due to my mom's handicap. They had 6 different companies in to bid and this company was by far the cheapest. I looked them up on the BBB website and also on the contractors website and all reviews were great. My parents hired them and they couldn't be more pleased. The tub looks great and really needs my parents needs. They came when promised and completed the job quickly. Thank you Justin for doing such a great job and being so kind to my parents (the Lucas').

I used this company for a bathroom renovation. The work was great until I started to use the bathroom. They had to come out numerous times to get it right. I understand things happen, but more than once isn't acceptable. On top of this, the individual who gave us the quote and described what they were going to do didn't match the finished work. When I called them out on it, they said it matches the contract. So if you're going to use these guys, make sure you read the contract! What they say may not be what they deliver.
