Trusting Brandon and Joe to lead our kitchen and bathroom renovation was absolutely the right decision. We’ve heard plenty of horror stories about massive delays due to Covid, labor shortages and supply chain. But Brandon and Joe were able to navigate those challenges wonderfully and work with excellent subs to complete the project exactly on schedule. They’re honest about the process, worked to stay in budget and had great communication throughout. Plus, I’m super happy with how the renovation turned out. Definitely look towards Constructed Matter for your next project.

Working with Constructed Matter was such an amazing experience that we were a little sad when construction finished. These guys make an excellent team. Their communication is as incredible as their finished product. We completed two major projects with them and they both finished a week earlier than expected. With all construction, small problems arise, but they handle them with such professionalism. We will definitely work with Constructed Matter again and recommend them to anyone needing wonderful contractors.

We were looking to find a contractor who would pair well with our architect and came across Constructed Matter. After vetting a list of contractors, we decided on CM for our 800sq foot addition. Joe and Brandon is THE team you need. They are both extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the project from timeline, materials, design choices, etc. They treat their clients with respect and don't cut any corners unlike some contractors I've heard horror stories from. Our project was extended from the original project timeline (but what project isn't these days), and they did their best to accommodate and ensure that we were able to move in as soon as possible. We appreciated all the transparency and guidance that the CM gave us throughout the whole process and cannot recommend them enough. If we ever need a project in the future, we definitely would want to work with CM again!

Joe and Brandon were consummate professionals. They knocked our bathroom renovation out of the park. From design through completion we were satisfied with the entire process. They maintained an open stream of communication and Joe was quick to solve any issues that arose in a way that appeared virtually seamless from our vantage point. We would not hesitate in contacting them again for any future home renovations.
