Capital Mark and their associates are awesome. We came to Kyle and shared our vision on getting our kitchen and bathroom remodeled, but we decided our home needed some TLC and we got the right contractor to complete a full house remodel. Dave the PM was attentive and easy to work with. Matt and John the staff members that were on site almost daily was genuinely kind, professional, and you could see that they loved what they do and transparent about what was needed and always welcomed me when I would randomly stop by. The sub contractors that were used were also very kind and timely. Sara the Designer was extremely helpful. I kept telling her I want color in the house and she helped me do just that with all the subtle and bold areas where we were able to do just that. Capital Mark, they do what they say they are going to do. We came under budget and came under the timeline too. We are very pleased.

Extremely pleased with the results of the kitchen remodeling. Capital Mark Interiors went over and above our expectations! A team effort that started with Sarah, the design specialist steering us in the best directions and then John and Matt tearing down the old and spectacularly rebuilding it with high-quality cabinetry and crown molding. The Cherry Amber cabinets look amazing! Miguel used his artistry to cut and install the countertops. Just incredible! All were on schedule. The finished product blew us away! Highly recommend.

We used Capital Mark for a four bathroom remodel in North Scottsdale. The entire process was so easy where the owner Kyle was very transparent on pricing (roughly breaking out labor and allowance targets), timelines, and requirements. We met with the team in October and started the project on Jan 5. Since we have two kids, we needed to do three bathrooms together then immediately complete the master. The entire project took nine weeks and finished exactly on time. The team on-site was so friendly, clean, and great at communication. We absolutely loved working with Cody throughout the project. David was an excellent project manager and always had open communication lines if there were any questions that needed immediate attention. The remodel itself turned out SO well. It transformed the original 1990s bathroom into a stunning modern escape (pending profession photos from Nicole, which I will update this post with once available). We were able to add on some unexpected features such as a pocket door in the small jack-and-Jill tub/toilet room that made the room much more accessible. We were also able to source custom oak shelves that the team installed to create a open concept storage area. We only had very minor hiccups that are expected with any job, and the team immediately came on-site, resolved, and were very transparent in next steps. I highly recommend Capital Mark to anyone that is looking to do a remodel. They are fair, kind, hard-working, and produced very high quality work. Any expenses that were “above budget” were strictly due to me going above the average fixture/tile allowances. There were no surprises in the cost of labor, etc. Thank you so much to the entire Capital Mark team that made this vision a reality

Kyle and the Capital Mark team are truly unparalleled in the business! Seven years ago, we experienced Kyle's expertise when he transformed our kitchen. So, when the decision came to remodel both our master and Jack and Jill bathrooms, Capital Mark was our first and only choice. We're still in awe of the breathtaking transformation! Kyle, the owner, effortlessly guides the entire process, supported by a professional team, including a top-notch designer, Sara. The promised timeline was strictly adhered to - a crucial factor for us. A huge thank you to Kyle and the entire Capital Mark team.
