We used Built by Grace for smaller projects (including hanging a light fixture and replacing our front door) prior to hiring them to completely remodel a bathroom. Communication prior to the start date was very good - they are very responsive. Once the project started, they showed up exactly on time every day and were very professional. Each morning, they reviewed with us their plans for the day to make sure their plans matched what we were expecting. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. As for the quality of their work, it was wonderful. They took great care to do really great work with quality materials, which is not something I can say for any other contractor I've worked with. The tile work done in the shower was beyond my expectations. Overall, doing business with Built by Grace was a far better experience, with a far better outcome, than anyone I have worked with before.

Built By Grace has done three of our bathrooms and I can not believe the quality that they provide. The work is just beautiful. The guys - Mike and Phil- are just amazing. They do high quality work and are professional from the time they give the quote to the time they are finished with the work. Jason is a top notch professional with incredible expertise! Built By Grace made our remodel experience a pleasant one. We started with a sunroom addition, and removing some walls to open up our living space, and expanded to include relocating the HVAC equipment to the attic, stucco installation of the entire house, full repaint outside, and numerous small add-ons that we asked for along the way. This was an almost 4 month project, with someone (often multiple trades) on site nearly every day. Jason was very communicative, and kept us up to date on who would be working on our project on what days. We had 2 different neighbors ask us for our contractor, because they both noticed that there was always someone here working on our project. The people who worked on our project were expert, professional, polite, on-time, and were quick to suggest things that improved our design and outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and the team at Built By Grace to anyone who is contemplating construction work, large or small.

Built By Grace did a complete bathroom demo and rebuild for us. This included a new deep soak bathtub, custom built shower, vanity, towel/storage cabinet and floors, new toilet, re-texturing and painting walls. And they stayed on schedule. The carpenters, tile installer, plumber, granite contractor and glass contractors were all professionals and did great job. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Jason came by frequently to check on progress and answer any questions we had. My wife and I had heard some contractor horror stories from people we know who had bad experiences, but that was not our experience. The crew did a great job of dust containment. We have a small home so you can't keep it all out but clean up afterwards was minimal. We are happy to recommend them.
