Brian did an amazing job! Within days of reaching out he was at my house installing a very difficult lighting fixture. The instructions only went half way, but he took on the challenge and figured it out very quickly! He was very friendly and chatted with us while doing the fixture. He even did random other things things help us move furniture and a rug, free of charge. His prices were better than the competition too! We will definitely be having Brian back😀

We have been using Brian for almost two years now. We had a bathtub leak in our second floor. After our plumber fixed the leak we were left with a large hole in our downstairs ceiling. A friend referred us to Brian. He did a fantastic job fixing the hole, texturing and painting the ceiling. We then had a need at our new business office (commercial building) to move some electrical outlets, mount a very large TV, and replace a water heater. We have had him back to our house and repaired our patio roof along with all of the posts for our patio that were rotting out at the bottom due to the sprinklers. Brian is always professional. If he says he will be there at a certain time, he will be there. He has never flaked out on any appointment we have had. As I am normally the one home when Brian arrives, I have always felt very safe to have him and his crew in our home when it was just be an my children home. He is great and I have recommended him to many family and friends.

Balwinski Home Improvements has done all of the remodeling projects on our home since we purchased our house in 2018. We have recommended him to friends and family and the work this company does is outstanding! Always going above and beyond on all of the jobs we have hired them for. Brian has painted our cabinets and vanity’s, added ceiling fans, replaced all of our old fixtures, and painted our entire interior & exterior. We look forward to all our future remolding projects with his company. I would highly recommend this company!

We have been using Brian for two years now for all 5 of our properties in Arizona. Brian is extremely professional & competent in any project we've asked him to do. He coordinates with tenants in our rental properties and does the job efficiently and does not waste time getting the job done. He is also a really nice guy! :) Brian also does work for us at our home as well. He is our go to man for any projects we have. We will continue to use him for all our home improvement needs.
