Arce's renovation and painting made our new home lovely. They performed touchups as needed on the interior and added an accent wall in the master bedroom/bathroom. And they painted our entire exterior a beautiful white and blue trim to match lovely awnings that the previous owner had installed. David managed the job professionally and was here when he said he was going to be. He instilled trust in our relationship from the first day, so much so that I asked him to take care of the job while I was away on a business trip. He kept me updated with texts on progress along the way. What a wonderful surprise to come home to a freshly painted house that makes it look brand new. And he did it all with a smile. He is courteous and does an excellent job. David did such an excellent job on the paint that I have since hired him to do several other jobs at our new home and each one was done with the same care and timeliness of the paint job. Here are a few of the jobs that I am 100% satisfied with from Arce's renovation and painting: - install a bi-fold barn door for our laundry room - install a tub/shower door in the guest bathroom - trim the bathroom doors so rugs would fit underneath - install and adjust new self-closing hinges on the garage door - install a 4' x 12' concrete slab for my new tuff shed And David has managed several other small jobs too numerous to mention. I highly recommend Arce's renovation and painting for any paint job inside or outside and any other work needed inside and out. For me, he was a one-stop full-service professional with many capabilities, and he is someone that I trust to get the job done right.

If you need painting done these are the people to do it! Very professional through out the whole job. The communication was excellent with phone calls and text messages. When they said they would be there, they were right on time. Everything was wrapped in plastic, even my cactus. Nothing had over spray on it. Everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was. They even took down ceiling fan and lights to do the job. The paint was excellent and put on evenly and smoothly. Everything was spelled out in the contract, what was to be done. I would highly recommend Dave and his crew. Very hard working

I highly recommend David and his team! He was professional and responsive from the first phone call. David is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of house painting projects. His team is respectful and very nice! David's communication is exceptional; it far exceeded my expectations in keeping us informed. He shows pride in his work and in his team. When the job was completed (well within agreed timelines), the team cleaned everything and there was no indication that painting had been done, except for our beautifully restored home! Thank you David and team, for such a great experience and a beautiful result!

We hired Arce's Renovations and Painting primarily to replace drywall and paint after another contractor bailed on us. They promptly gave us an estimate and were able to start work in short order. They completed the work on time and on budget. The work was excellent quality and professionally done. They also installed cabinets and doors for us. They cleaned up everything after they were done. David was easy to communicate with during the job. They also work on plumbing issues as well. I recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right and on time, and at a competitive price.

David Arce and his team are professional as well as thoughtful. They were done quickly and cleaned up everything. Their attention to detail (they got every bit of trim and touched up as needed in a 3 color paint job.) They also removed our painted popcorn ceiling and retextured at a reasonable rate and equally fast. Would highly recommend and will be calling again next year when we are ready to do the upstairs.
