Great experience! We hired them to convert our tub to a handicap shower. They arrived on time, finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the final product is so nice! We will definitely use them again!

Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

Extremely poorly managed company. Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating. Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected. Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together. Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence. Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something. We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role. The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner. Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects. Never again with Planet Remodel.

Excellent company, I saw them at the home show and had an in home consult. Which was very pleasant because they did not try to hard sale me. Like most do. The saleswoman Susan was such a help she knew exactly what I wanted. The crews were +10 and I love my new shower. Thank you all at Planet Remodel.

This company installed uneven and subpar flooring.we have been trying to get it fixed for 9 months and the company will not respond or fix the issue. Do not use this company for anything
