James and his crews were great to work with. We were in a position where we’d brought in contractor before who made some pretty big mistakes, and we weren’t sure where to go or who to trust after that.
James talked with us about our goals and vision, educated us on the right thing to do, and took over our project. Not only did Advanced Custom Renovations do our floors, but they also laid them in a gorgeous herringbone pattern, installed transition listelles, and laid a custom medallion no other contractor would touch before.

James came out to give us a realistic estimate, answer questions, and make suggestions. After ordering our materials with the help of an independent designer and finally receiving them, we got moving.
Keith, the Project Manager, and Fred are why this remodel went so well. The two of them made sure things were moving on time, made practical suggestions, and were able to anticipate potential glitches. We also were so appreciative of Shawn, the tile guy. He does a great job!

I had a few different flooring companies come out and give me a quote for my project and James Underwood made me feel the most comfortable. James was on time, helpful in answering all my questions, and I received a quote for my new flooring project quickly. The dustless tile removal was great! They were professional, friendly, and fast.
