1st Choice Renovation was my first choice and I am glad I chose them. They were on time, clean, and proficient. Richard was easy to work with and whenever I had a question, I could call him and leave a message and he would call me right back. I would definitely use them again and have told all my friends how happy I am with the work they have done.

Wow, just wow I cannot say enough wonderful things about 1st choice renovations !! I decided to give myself a birthday present and remodel my kitchen. After the past few contractors not meeting my expectations I was apprehensive about going forward. The first time I met Richard and Brenda I got a great feeling about them and decided to move forward. They did not disappoint. They were courteous explained everything in detail. Communication was awesome which is my biggest pet peeve since I have my own business. Richard is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The price he quoted me was the price I paid. If every business was like 1st choice renovations, life would be good for everyone and we wouldn’t have the stress of doing home remodeling. I look forward to working with Richard and Brenda in the future for my next remodeling of my bathroom. Thank you so much Richard and Brenda for making my birthday so special. My kitchen is beautiful !!!!

Zero stars! Richard is a crook and should never get work. I had a warranty claim on my sprinkler system and 1st Choice was contacted by my warranty company. Richard came out to do the service/estimate call. I paid him my deductible and he submitted to my warranty company. He now is refusing to do the work because the warranty company only approved up to a certain dollar amount. He is refusing to refund my money and is trying to place the blame on the warranty company. This is a sign of someone who cannot be trusted. If you are smart never call this company. So many better companies out there who actually want work and will do a fantastic job. 1st Choice is a big NO!!! Resonse: The simple truth is that you are a contracted company of Select Home Warranty and you accepted the job. The job was approved by the home warranty and you thought you could get more out of them to your surprise they are not approving more. Two valve controls and a control box on the wall with labor does not exceed the amount they approved for. You thought you could milk them for more money and when you couldn't you decided that you did not want the work. You did not stay in contact with the customer, I had to keep reaching out to you for updates and half the time you never responded. You take pride in your work, please! You take pride in not working from the experience I have had with you. I would never allow you to touch anything on my property after seeing how you run your business. Oh, by the way the service fee that was paid to you initiated a contract that you would complete the work as approved by the home warranty. So you are also in breach of contract.
